to Abersoch Moorings online, The Mooring Laying service in the beautiful bay of Abersoch. Meirion and his son Owi are the local experts who will lay your mooring safely in the place of your choice (suitability permitting) in this unique, scenic bay between the St.Tudwals' Islands and the sandy shores. This is a traditional, third generation, father and son business with local knowledge passed on down the generation. They are specialist mooring contractors who know what they're doing!
Moorings are assembled individually to your own vessel's specification, and laid in accordance with SCYC guidelines. If you are not an SCYC member - then wherever you chose as the best position to suit your needs, as long as it is safe and reasonable position that suits your particular vessel. We are suppliers of galvasnised, tested chain in any size from 5/8" to 1/2". Shackles, Swivels, Marker Buoys - Large & Small, Strops, Rope, Anchors and Blocks are also available. Your mooring, once ordered, will be laid to your instruction and raised at the end of the season and safely stored - free of charge - over winter. Maintenance checks before re-laying the following season to ensure total safety of the vessel, which is always our priority. Only necessary parts are replaced as required. |
